Highlands Home Primary Care was established to meet the needs of our community members who struggle with mobility issues that make travel difficult or even dangerous. Depending on the individual situation, travel may cause pain or increase risk for falls and injuries.  Our mission is to empower homebound clients and their families by bringing professional, empathetic medical care straight to their doorstep, preserving independence and honoring patient dignity.
